We believe in utilising the time between a property being put on the market and a buyer being found to gather together all the necessary documents and information so that on the day a buyer is found and we are instructed, we can put out a complete contract bundle. We have found that in practice this can take some 2 weeks off a typical transaction. We do this on a “no fee” basis. This means that sellers will not be charged for us preparing this information until completion of the sale. We do not charge anything extra for this service and if no buyer is found, then sellers do not pay us a penny! This is a complete win-win situation for a seller.
