Re-Mortgaging
Re-mortgaging is the process whereby the owners change their Lender. We do not source the mortgages but we undertake the legal work involved to transfer from one lender to another. Speed is usually critical in the remortgage process as it is usually against a backdrop of either enabling people to switch mortgages and save money or to switch mortgages to borrow more money. We aim to achieve most of our remortgages within 9 working days of receipt of the mortgage offer. We act on behalf of clients across the whole spectrum of mortgage lenders and we have a specialist adverse lending department to cater for more specialist lenders. This department is achieving national recognition as a centre of excellence and is led by Paul Rich who is a leader in this field.
