Buying a property can be stressful. We aim to make the process as simple and as hassle free as possible. We use clear language and try and avoid legal jargon. A typical purchase transaction should take between 6 to 8 weeks. Chain transactions can take longer. We believe that fast and accurate passing of information to our buyers is fundamental in taking much of the stress out of the process. We aim to use email as much as we can to update buyers and our innovative case tracking system is also available to give instant access to real time information about a buyer’s transaction.
